To avoid a new renewal charge, cancellation should generally be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal.
Once a subscription order has renewed and entered fulfillment, the order may no longer be canceled or refunded.
Subscription renewal orders are not covered by the 90-Day Happiness Guarantee.
